Do you park residents' cars or only guests?
Either. Some buildings use valet for guests only, others for residents and guests. Tell us what your building needs in the condominium quote form.
Can visitors be charged for parking?
If your association charges visitors, guests can pay by credit card, mobile payment or pay-on-foot. Let us know your visitor and overnight policies.
Do residents need to download an app?
No. Attendants log each car into the HVS app, and residents get a text they can use to request their car.
