Do my guests need to download an app?
No. Our attendants enter each car into the HVS app. Your guests simply get a text confirming their car is parked and use the link in that text to request it and pay.
What if my restaurant doesn't have enough parking on site?
Let us know in your quote request, including whether you have an overflow lot. We'll review your location and plan where vehicles are parked.
Can we try your valet service before committing?
Yes. We set up a no-risk 30-day evaluation to forecast your vehicle volume, regulars and VIP guests, then give you a proposal based on real numbers from your restaurant.
