Hand over the keys
Our attendant greets the guest, enters the vehicle and phone number into the HVS app, tags the keys with NFC and can photograph the vehicle.
Guest gets a text
The guest instantly receives an SMS confirming their vehicle is parked. No paper ticket to lose, no app to install.
Request & pay
When they're ready, the guest taps the link in that text to request their car and pay. Our staff brings it to the curb.

Do guests need to download an app?
No. Our attendants use the HVS app. Guests simply get a text message, and everything they need is in the link in that text.
How do guests pay?

Is the system extra?
No. Our ticketless system comes with every Hamilton's Valet service at no extra cost.
